Adrienne Mastrandrea NP

Nurse Practioner

Adrienne was born in Portland, Oregon and moved to Bend in 2017. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Oregon Health and Science University. Adrienne worked in Emergency Medicine for 8.5 years before finishing her Master of Science in Nursing at Frontier Nursing University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in urgent care. She enjoys providing patient-centered care for all patients, from infancy to older adults, and has a special interest in women’s health, behavioral health, and drug/alcohol addiction services.

Adrienne is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners of Oregon. She has been a valuable addition to our Mountain Medical team as we find her approach in providing compassionate care to be well balanced with her entertaining sense of humor. She has a dog named Porter and enjoys taking him on hikes. When she isn’t on the trails, you may find her climbing, practicing yoga, traveling, skiing, doing crossword puzzles, or spending time with her family and friends.

Matt Firebaugh PA    

Matt was born and raised in Montana.  He attended Montana State University and studied Biological sciences.  He then worked in tissue and organ recovery for about 5 years.  He went on to Physician Assistant school at the University of Washington.  His first job as a PA was inpatient hematology and oncology at the University of Washington, which he worked for 6yrs.  He then took a job in outpatient hematology and oncology in Bend which he worked for a little over 3 years.  He recently found a new family with Mountain Medical Urgent Care. 

Matt is married to Rachel and has one child.  He enjoys skiing, mountain biking and a number of other outdoor activities Bend has to offer.

Tricia Couture NP

Tricia was born and raised in Corbett, Oregon, and has been enjoying life in Bend for the past 16 years. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biology at Oregon State University, and both her bachelor’s and Master’s of nursing at Oregon Health Sciences University. She has been practicing as a board certified family nurse practitioner since 2000, in a wide range of clinical settings, including family practice, pediatrics, mental health, functional medicine and urgent care. When not working, she enjoys camping, mountain biking, kayaking, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.

Christopher P DiGiulio MD

Dr. DiGiulio was born in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, but moved to Cherry Hill, NJ before beginning middle school. He Attended Bishop Eustace College Preparatory High School and then graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Management as an Athenaeum Honor Student. He began selling orthopedic implant devices and rehabilitation equipment in the Philadelphia market and soon discovered an appreciation for science and medicine. He went back to university and completed a post-baccalaureate pre-med program, 2 years later he was beginning life as a medical student at Temple University School of Medicine. He graduated in 1998 with Honors and began a Family Practice Residency at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees, NJ and finished his final year serving as Chief Resident.

Since 2001, Dr. DiGiulio has been board certified by The American Board of Family Medicine and practiced in urgent care, family practice, and occupational medicine. He has a special interest in addiction medicine, has a DEA X wavier, and provides Buprenorphine outpatient treatment to Central Oregonians. He is married to Dr. Yoli DiGiulio, a family dentist, and has three children.
